Free Standard Shipping
We provide FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders across the entire United States, with no minimum purchase amount required. No extra shipping fees will be charged for any jewelry orders in the US territory.
Order Processing Time
All in-stock bracelet, earring, necklace, ring and pearl jewelry orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1–3 business days after your successful payment confirmation. Orders will not be processed on weekends and official US federal holidays.
Delivery Time
Standard domestic US shipping normally takes 7–15 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your local regional logistics situation. International orders are temporarily not supported for delivery at present.
Package TrackingEvery order will come with an independent real-time tracking number. You can track your package shipping progress anytime via the “Track Order” entry on our website homepage. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unexpected weather, local courier peak season backlogs, or force majeure events.
