Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Return Period

We accept return applications for unused, undamaged products within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your package. All returned items must stay in their original brand packaging, with all original tags, pearls, accessories and decorations fully intact, with no scratches, wear, water damage, man-made damage or personal modification.

Non-Returnable Items

All customized personalized jewelry, final sale discounted items, pierced earrings, hygiene-related wearable accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, to protect public health and product hygiene safety.

Return Process

To apply for a return, please first send your order number and return request to our official email: info@whiteorangecy.com. We will reply with official return instructions within 2 working days. Customers need to bear the return shipping cost by themselves for all voluntary personal reason returns.

Refund Rules

Once we receive and inspect your returned undamaged goods, your full order payment will be refunded to your original payment account within 5–10 working business days. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable return requests for damaged, worn, used, or incomplete products.

Damaged & Defective Items

If you receive broken, defective, wrong missing items caused by our shipping fault, please provide clear photo proof within 48 hours after package arrival. We will arrange free reshipment or full free refund for qualified faulty orders.
